Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective beyond use, unusable or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.  


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please keep in mind due to the nature of our business wax melts can break in transit, we always package to the best of our ability to ensure safe delivery however breakages can happen.  We can only offer returns or exchanges on wax melts if an item is incorrect or faulty beyond use and all exchanges will in these cases will include only the purchased scents, you can’t exchange because of a change of mind on scents. It is unlikely that you will receive a broken melt but, due to the nature of the product and that it will be broken down at some point to melt anyway, we are unable to offer refunds for broken melts.  We can not offer refunds or exchanges on custom products either (such as special orders made to order and personalised items)

Any returns or exchanges will be considered on a case by case basis.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards either.


Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
